Fernando Arizaga

Fernando Arizaga bridges top-notch real estate services to communities throughout Southern California. He is part of one of the largest brokerages specializing in Real Estate Owned (REO) sales in the counties of Riverside, Orange and San Bernardino. At Top Producers Realty, he assures his investor clients maximize the highest return on their real estate investments. In addition to working with investor clients, Fernando works with a variety of clients ranging from first-time home buyers to experienced homeowners. Prior to his current role, Fernando was a Sales Agent for Shera Realty Group in La Jolla, CA and collaborated with Pacific Group Construction & Development for land acquisition projects. His role was to find vacant land to develop and to acquire promising houses to repair and resell.
