Pete Nyiri has been working in the Real Estate Industry since he obtained his sales person license in 1969. In 1971 he obtained his broker license and soon thereafter joined the Century 21 team (1983) where he focused on retail/standard listings & sales.

Around 1990 Pete shifted his focus to REO properties and with a growing business and the addition of new staff, the business eventually had to branch off from a 30 year relationship with Century 21 Garland. Top Producers Realty & REO, a Veteran-Owned Business, opened its doors on January 1st 2002.

Top Producers is a FAMILY RUN business with Peter's wife and both daughters involved in its daily operation. Both of Peter's daughters have their Brokers Licenses' and function as Selling Agents as well as assisting in the liquidation of Peter's REO inventory.
